greek yogurt

I don't want to buy the Hidden Valley packets...too much salt ..i'd rather make my own spice blend.
What should I use?

    I don't know...but I add curry powder to everything (haha). It's my go-to spice!

    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    3 tablespoons mayonnaise

    1 tablespoon chives, chopped

    I use dill, parsley and chives to make ranch mashed potatoes. . . it would probably work in a dip as well.

    Ranch dressing

    1/2 c fat free plain yogurt
    1/4 c reduced fat mayo
    3/4 c buttermilk
    1 TBSP chopped chives
    2 Tsp chopped parsley
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp pepper
  • The other day I mixed greek yogurt and cream cheese with Spike's Seasoning. Yummy!
