Whenever I stop eating bread , rice and sweets, I don't get as bloated. I eat a mix of pistachios, almonds, walnuts etc. I have half a grapefruit for breakfast almost every morning with a hard boiled egg. Was exactly our dinner (and lunch today!) last night. I used: ground turkey (brown with garlic and onions) rotel tomatoes with green chilies- 8 oz tomato sauce - 8 oz taco seasoning (packet) frozen corn chicken broth *optional - top with shredded cheese and tortilla chips pieces

Thanks for answering my questions. I'm currently doing 30DS (missed today due to "aunt flo" :( ) and do zumba at least 2-3x a week. Watchign my calories too at around 1200. Haven't given up any carbs or sugars. But like you, trying to eat sensibly. I'm impatient as a person so it's hard for me but seeing results like yours…

Amazing and an inspiration! Your before is where I'm at and I aim for your after :) Mind if I ask what exercises you did? Did you give up anything - carbs, sugar etc? You mentioned exercising everyday. Did you do the same routines everyday?

Cheating on low sodium, lower fat popcorn (130 calories for 3.5 cups). Popcorn is a treat., right? =)

Would love to know if anyone got the results they wanted (or more!) while doing the revised (easier moves -Anita). I just started level 2 and I'm catching my breath on this one! I feel guilty going the "easy" way, but there's only so much my body can do! I don't want to have worked this far and then not see results :(

Great job! You look great! May I ask if you did any other cardio/workout while shredding? Also, how was your diet? Did you cut out carbs/sugar? Today was my 2nd day and I'm excited (and eager!) to see results. I'm counting calories and hoping that would help remove my belly fat :(

Nervous but ready to try something new. I do zumba 3-5 nights and have done Slim in 6 off an on. I know I can do it, just need to keep myself motivated. Oh, and I do have a goal - swimsuit season! :)
