All of her workouts are excellent! I have been trying to lose weight since 1997 but everytime I get serious I always come back to her workouts. They are so many to chose from so I suggest you read the reviews and see which one fits your needs. I have been a member of numerous gym but I always comes back to her workouts.

hello you stated what to eat to get fatter? for starters Fried everything, Ice cream, all trypes of bread foods smothered in gravy or cream of anything soups, a bottle of wine a day, and beer. That's for starters.

I purchased an all ready made hummus snack at Walmart. The roasted pepper & tomato basil (I think) and it comes with flat pretzel, it is delicous!!!!:drinker:

I am in the same boat with the years of trying. But this time around I learn that if I workout for at least 45 minutes a day and eat no bread my stomach deflats! And I do not have the inflated feeling! Try it and let me know how it works out for you.

I would suggest that if you really want to go to the gym, you should go as soon as they open up for a hour workout. I am sure at that time of morning both kids are still sleeping.

Good morning! I was just wondering what to do today also. I have 3 Chicken Apple Sausage and I was wondering if I should do th regular meaning grill them and eat like it was a hot dog with bun or get some stir fry veggies and slice them up. Which I know the later is healthier.
