my favorite is sliced cucumbers and sugar snap peas. mmmmmm. Also flatbread crackers or pretzels. Whenever i make a wrap I will use it as a spread. I am sure there are many more things.

I like to use sliced cucumbers instead if pita chips! Also on celery if I dont use natural peanut butter.
    or dip articoke in it...

Also look into making yor own so you know exactly what is going in it....

You can make a garlic one, a jalapeno one, black olive, atrichoke, avocado, pimento olives....the possibilities are endless!!!

yummmmm!! I want some! maybe tomorrow

Here is a simple hummus recipe with nutritional info. You can leave the tahini out (I do) if you don't care for the taste or can't find it in your grocery store. Enjoy!

The Biggest Loser book says to put hummus in the center of your "Deviled" egg instead of the yolk mixture. Haven't tried it yet, but it sounds good!

oh yeah, that is a good replacement. I got tired of eating boiled eggs. So I started putting spinnach hummus on it. Whew, that was good.

    Yup :flowerforyou:

I love hummus, the roasted garlic is my fave.
  • My husband didn't know what it was either. I told him that it was a bean dip on roids..LOL..

I always knew what it was, just didn't think I would like it....

And that egg deal sounds goooooooood, and I don't eat boiled eggs.
