to gain 2 lbs of muscle in 2 days?? My scale went up 2 whole lbs in 2 days. I have been doing more strength training ..... but 2 lbs? what do you guys think?

    No. Unless you went 7000 calories over in those 2 days, it's not fat either. You can fluctuate 5 pounds from day to day, that's normal.

    Fat "weighs" more than muscle, not really. A pound of fat takes up more space than a pound of muscle, that's how you can lose an entire size without dropping a pound.

    Check your sodium intake, you may be retaining water.

    No... weight fluctuates a lot every day. My money would be on water weight, the amount of waste in your body, or just a heavy meal.

    Colombiana is that your picture or is that where you want to be? Excuse me for been so blunt but that is a work of art! And I can not tell you if you an gain 2lbs of muscle in two days, but I was just in shock!

    Ps: yes thats a picture of me at 125 lbs... i'm 118 now ;) ... well 2 days ago i was 116 :/ lol buts its ok ill get through. Ive come a long way by loosing 50 lbs anyway :)
