  • level 1 day 3 completed. missed a day thought i was gonna do it 3x a week but decided to kick it up a notch and do it everyday thighs a little sore other than that no major complaints Happy Shredding!!

  • this was my day 2 of level 1 aiming for 10 days of level one10 of 2 and 10 of 3 of the 30 DS it wasn't that bad tonight even with the weights good night fellow shredders :)
  • rest day will only walk maybe 30-45 min on treadmill will resume shred tomorrow :)
