Sorry, we headed out early yesterday so I didn’t get to post. May 28th WA_Teacher Previous Weight: 241.5 Current Weight: 241 Glad for the loss, I have pulled my achilles tendon! Doc want me to stay off it as much as possible. However that’s not easy to do at work. So no cardio for a while.
