Thank you so much! right now I am doing the 30 day shred.... but I love to power walk or do jogging/walking intervals... Lift some weights at the gym... nothing in particular :) Its all in the diet!

thanks to all of you lovely ladies for the kind words!!! I was always told it was wayyy harder to lose the weight after the 2nd child... I didnt believe it, until I had my second child!!! I think everyone is different obviously, but it is hard! I have friends that are pregnant and eat terrible, I keep trying to tell them…

well here is one extreme to another lol.... I was around 195ishhh when full blown pregnant... I kept on a lot of that weight for awhile...When my son turned 18 months I decided I needed a change! I was still at 176... I started eating healthy, working out, and working my asssss off! Now im at around 148, I am still working…

I would love to keep each other motivated! strength training is great because your body continues to burn calories after your workout :) I have done sooo much research and really educated myself on fitness and nutrition! annddd... it didnt take me years to put on the weight, lol before my last pregnancy i was what my goal is now... for some reason i havent been able to get hardly any of that weight i put on during pregnancy off, i heard with the second child the weight loss is a lot harder, but i didnt believe it until i lived it! lol
