I went from 220+ to 144lb. It was a slow process, but I am okay with that. I ate healthy, strength trained and added cardio such as HIIT, Tabata as well as running when I can. Wow!! Everyone look amazing!! Here is my pics!! I am a sloooow loser, so it took me a long time to reach my goal. But that's okay.....it's a lifestyle for me! I started at about 220 lb in 2011 and currently about 146lb (depending on the day, it can fluctuate due to weight lifting). Keep up the awesome job, everyone. :)

I am lactose intolerant and can not drink Slim Fast, protein shake, yogurt or anything with dairy or casein. If you are lactose intolerant, trying the shake again is still going to make you sick. Perhaps just eat a well balanced meal and forgo the shake. Just a thought.
