I weigh myself in the nude every Monday morning. I actually look forward to seeing progress, and when I don't it motivates me to work harder.

Yes, I find MFP estimates to be very high. Go by your Fitbit.

I bought this one at Target. I like that it measures both ounces and grams, it's big so it holds many different containers, and it looks good on my counter (I keep it out).

Only130 calories per serving!

Flat outs are awesome because they are so big that you feel like you're eating a massive piece of pizza!

I bank calories for Friday night when I like to have several glasses of wine or when I know I'm going to a party where I won't have much willpower. Last weekend I had twice baked potatoes and chicken and waffle sliders with bacon, blue cheese, but I still lost weight because I saved enough calories for the event. Always…

I found a bunch of ideas on Pinterest. This sounded really good: http://www.shape.com/healthy-eating/cooking-ideas/genius-meal-planning-ideas-healthy-week last week I made a big batch of turkey chili with lots of veggies. Chicken breasts are easy to grill and pair with so many things.

I bought this one from Target. I like it because it's flat and can hold dishes of many sizes. It looks good on the counter, and it has several measurements.

Baby spinach with almond slices, dried cranberries, hard boiled egg or chicken, and Dijon vinegrette.

Counting calories IS hard work. I recommend getting a food scale and measuring everything. It's so easy to under estimate how many calories is in something when you guess. Secondly, have a few things on hand that you don't have to make. Snacks and food that are healthy that you can just microwave or grab and go when you…

Girl, I lost over 50lbs in college when I was partying like a mad woman. I would eat a bag of popcorn for dinner and use the rest of my calories on wine. You can adjust your calories to meet your needs.

They are best sauteed in lots of butter and finished in a balsamic reduction with Parmesan. When I'm counting calories I roast them in olive oil with sea salt. They are very flavorful that way. I like them cooked until they have crispy edges. Many people who don't like them have only had them boiled. I don't reccomend…

I'm 41, with one daughter. I've been down this road before and lost over 100 pounds, but gained much of it back. I need some news friends to help motivate me! All of you ladies can add me. Let's do this.

You could make chocolate fondue. Serve it with fruit (that you can munch on), and other goodies like pretzels, marshmallows, pound cake bites, etc.

Glad to help. x

Chicken or shrimp fajitas, no rice, no cheese, no sour cream, guac on the side, loads of fresh salsa and any fresh veggies they offer, black beans, OR some sort of salad minus all the cheese and sour cream, etc. Mexican food is tricky but stick to common sense and you'll be fine. If you're really worried ask for a grilled…

Mmmm, bacon ice cream!

PIG! Talk to most vegetarians, the hardest meat to give up is bacon AND is there no better food when camping? Pigs also find truffles, they get my vote.

Whole grains keep you full for longer. From what I've read that's the only difference. I eat a variety of whole grains and white bread and rice (depends on my mood), I only eat white pasta because I don't like wheat pasta. Eat what will keep you on track there is no sense in eating something you hate.

How about this black bean burrito(wrap)? They have some other great ideas on this site: http://www.simplebites.net/5-tips-to-create-vegetarian-friendly-meals-black-bean-burritos/ I assume that you are from the UK because you said chickpea vs garbanzo bean, and in the US a bean wrap is considered a burrito (in my humble…

I'm dying to try PB2! I am a Cali native currently living in the UK, and you can't get the stuff over here. I'm moving back to the US in July and I'm definitely going to give it a try. Thanks! x
