I don't mind them... I generally mix them through some mixed salad leaves, and add some Thai dressing and chilli prawns! Amazing! The texture is a little different... I didn't find it bad but :)

I've never heard if it... But I've tried high protein diets before, and I did lose some weight on them but felt horrible doing it! Super tired, and it got to the stage where I couldn't stand the sight of meat or eggs! It just made me wanna hurl! I guess my body just didn't like it...

I don't cut anything out either... I just watch my portion sizes and work it into my calories! :)

We're very similar...started at 90kg, and I'm 175cm tall...My goal is 65kg, but didn't think It would be possible! This is just the inspiration needed! Thank you so much! :)

I'll follow alng with you! I started on the 15th - I'm alternating 2 days shred,1 day cardio, 2 days shred, 1 day cardio, rest day, just to break it up a bit!

Thanks for your replies! You've all confirmed what I was thinking.. Lol. I've already lost 16kg by counting calories and exercise - I wasn't about to turn to something like this and risk undoing all my heard work! But I've got some friends thinking if trying it, so I was just curious :) Thanks again :)

I started last Friday :) I took photos and measurements. Haven't really noticed any changes so far, but hopefully I get some good results after 30 days... Time will tell I guess :)

I find sometimes that a gentle walk helps... Nothing too strenuous. But mostly I'll just relax in a comfy lounge with a heat pack and cup of tea... I try to avoid painkillers for no reason other than I just don't like taking them! I don't think there's any point exercising if you're going to feel horrible after it! But…
