  • even though a drink has no sugar doesnt mean that it wont raise your blood sugar. Caffeine can give you a blood sugar spike, so if you are worried about that, I would limit the caffeine.
  • I have done this for two days, I took a day break because my arms are very weak and so they are VERY sore I actually couldnt do the pushups today. I am on level 1 , 2 days now.

  • This was exactly my point. dark meat is higher in fat, so when someone is trying to lose weight and also needing to watch their fat intake for heart reasons, dark meat and high fatty beef isnt the best idea. Which is what I have to do. When it comes to people with heart problems, I dont think dark meat is a good thing

  • i attempted the 30 minute shred level 1 today from youtube. Holy Moly am I out of shape. I about went into convulstions the last 2 minutes of cardio. I have no idea how many calories I burned. I am typing this while lying on the floor on my yoga mat , out of breath!
