i attempted the 30 minute shred level 1 today from youtube.
Holy Moly am I out of shape. I about went into convulstions the last 2 minutes of cardio.
I have no idea how many calories I burned.
I am typing this while lying on the floor on my yoga mat , out of breath!0 -

so far so good... its hard to remember to put it on when i am doing other stuff (like painting the spare room, helping hubby with the fence etc..) But the ONE time i worked out this week, it worked pretty good, i like to see how many calories i actually am burning0
