FYI I just had this same problem. I used a stick pin and kinda pried it off. Next time, I'll use duct tape and kinda stick it on and pull it off :). I hope this helps someone else in the future!

I love Potbelly. I, too, would be surprised. That has to be including the cheese and dressing. If you add all that up individually, it can't be 400+ calories.

Since doing IF drugs, I can feel it too. It can be VERY painful on occasion, to the point I have to lay down and I'm pretty tough :). Before the Infertility, I couldn't. Yes, I know I retain water during it, too. Step away from the scale!

You know that I'm FAR from an expert but wanted to chime in on my thought. After reading your info, I think the scooby site takes your exercise calories into account, so I wouldn't eat them back. I know that's probably heartbreaking ;). I hope you find your balance, b/c we're almost the same :).

I tried eating even more in March/April but I couldn't stop gaining. I had to assume that I was over-estimating my burn or under-estimating my food. I've been using the Tanita body fat scale at my gym and for the last year, I've hovered between 25.5%-28% bodyfat, but usually sit around 26%. I almost make this exact same salad but with red wine vinegar iso lemon juice and I add canned tuna fish. It's SO GOOD and really don't care for canned tuna but hey, it's great and you get your protein. Thanks for reminding me of it though - haven't made it in awhile! :) Elizabeth

I bought the NOW brand of 7-Keto and tried it for 3 days. It made me SO TIRED and freakishly unmotivated that I had to stop. It was a bit scary. Good luck!

I look forward to reading the responses! I tried Adkins once and lost about 7 lbs in 2 weeks. Then, the second I added a carb back, it all returned - water weight?! I was also SUPER-grumpy.
