I am in the same place. I have 13 lbs to get to 115 and it seems like it is not coming off. I think when we have so little to loose it may take more time. Im not sure. It also sounds like maybe you need to eat more. If you are eating 1100 cals and working out and not eating your workout calories that may be the culprit.…

I usually get the Budda Fest Steamed. I put it over brown rice. Its really yummy and low cal. Have a great dinner!

I find losing weight very frustrating. I've been staying under my calorie goals or at them for 2 1/2 weeks and only have a 2 lb loss to show for my effort! :(

Well so far I have been 3 days with no alcohol! Tough feat for me. But now the weekend is around the corner and I can almost sense me trying to make up for the whole damn week!! I love doing the Arnolds thin whole wheat bread with Turkey and a slice of 2% pepper Jack cheese. I then let it back in the oven for a few mins to melt the cheese. I usually eat that with baked chips. Yummy and easy!:smile:
