your body is probably holding on to the fat b/c it's starving...that's what it does when you go below 1200 calories a day..Its thinking it's in "starvation mode" so it holds onto the fat. You have to train your body to trust that you're putting enough into it that it can release the fat other wise it won't.

I would've never pegged him as a runner LOL. But good for him for taking up SOME sort of sport other than eating. But I agree it makes me cringe when he's eating a greasy burger with bacon a stack of cheese and a tub of mayo :-/ Makes my belly Hurt thinking about it..

I've completed 2 rounds, the second round I lost a total of 25 pounds. I used it while I trained for my bikini competition. And took home 1st place :-) I love it. I'm starting an asylum/insanity hybrid on the 15th :-)

I did insanity twice as weel as asylum once. I lost 25 pounds with insanity the second time because I ate better than the first time I did it :-) I LOVED them both! I'm thinking about doing asylum again on the first and incorporating it with weight lifting. :-) good luck!

It's a "dietary" supplement but so is the shake I drink but it's not unhealthy. Mines all natural too. I think that "pills" like hydroxycut are cheating to say the least bc when u get off of them you'll most likely gain it all back plus some. And I'm speaking from experience. But do whatever u feel u have to girl!

In my experience with diet pills, I only found one that worked for me while I was on it. But even that one eventually gave me the jitters and headaches. When I stopped taking them I gained ALL the weight back PLUS SOME. I Wouldn't recommend them at all.
