Had alot of friends fizzle out of MFP over the last year. Add me up! :-)

Add me up! Whoo! (Good post-workout mood at least til the DOMS hit....) :-P
-
Be under 200 by end of April. That would make me pretty dang happy. I'm sitting at 205-206 right now, so as long as I stay on the path, it's definitely doable.

Always open to new friends for sharing encouragement and support! Back again after a layoff to take care of some family matters, want to try and make 2020 the year I reach my goals!

I'm in the same boat as well. Only down 2 pounds from 2016. Doc now says cholesterol and blood pressure have to come down. I think Danp has got it. Have to think about what went wrong the last time, and try and correct in the easiest manner possible. Looks like you're addressing that and can move on. My solution, i think,…

Back at it! (more by Doc's orders now) Have to lower salt/cholesterol, eat better, and try to remain more active. Always great to share support, so feel free to add me up!
-
Feel free to add me up. Always good to add more friends for encouragement and motivation. Keeps ya going!

CHEERS!...with a protein shake or something......! Trying to be consistent with my logging and MFP'ing lately. Noticed alot of friends have gone the way of the dodo, so add me up if you like! Don't mind the crazyface pic. That's postworkout-endorphin-rush-face. LOL

We have the Tfal acti-fry. It's ok. Have yet to try some of the other recipes from their site that sound good, but so far from our experience fries are the best. I like it better than oven as it stirs them and they seem to cook better all around. You could do it in the oven too by stirring repeatedly, but with the actifry…

Another returner from a couple years back, building the friends list back up to help motivate and get going once again. Open invitation to everyone to add me if you like. MFP worked well last time and know it will again.

Hi. Sent out a few FRs to some but feel free to add me up. I'm just back at it after a ....er....couple years hiatus. Still have about 20 to lose. This site was always a positive reinforcement for me last time and know it will definitely help this time as well. Cheers everyone!

Just getting back into it after a bunch of time off from exercising and myfitnesspal. It helped me the first time, and I want to get back at it! Didn't gain too much back over the time away, but still have 20 to lose. Also want to eat better and feel better. Always accepting friends, and will reciprocate any motivation and…

Trying to get back in the groove after alot of....well, life. LOL. Myfitnesspal definitely helped last time, and confident it will again. Feel free to add me if you want. Cheers! (with a water....or protein shake.....Michelob Ultra?)

Another Ontarian here. Just trying to get back on track after a long and brutally unhealthy hiatus. I have found that if I can stick with logging here on myfitnesspal, it becomes a great motivator, and by making it part of the daily routine, keeps me in check better as well.

I've just started to get back into the swing of things as well. Trying to up my game in exercise and activity, so that I can keep up with my kids. They seem to be getting faster and faster. lol. Always room for more friends to share motivation with. FR sent...

Can't live without my Tim Horton's. Large 1 milk, 1 sweetener, in the morning. Alright, alright. Geez. Usually 2 a day.

Lattimore just went to the 9ers...
-
I think Lattimore is still available a lot of fans want him....don't know for how much longer he'll be up for though. Probably won't make it to the Rams next pick. Thought they were gonna take him or another safety in their 4th rd pick....nope.
-
Another Rams fan here. Awesome for Snead to move up to snag Tavon! Uber excited about that, and the fact we got his teammate WR partner Bailey, too! WooHoo! Just need to fill those safety holes (not really counting on TJ) and a big rhinocerus RB would be nice too.....
-
I'll give em credit this year for trying to bring to light the issues with childhood obesity. I think they handled it quite well.
-
Meh. We're all gonna die sometime...I happen to not mind splenda in my coffee. And stevia in my tea. I also just inhaled 6 chocolate easter eggs. It's all about the moderation. ( I held off eating the other 23 eggs....)

Matt - that video is freakin' hilarious! I'd share it, but my Wiccan Mother-in-law would probably hex me or something.....
-
I'm no expert....but my guess is at 2 weeks in, it's probably water retention in the muscles as they repair themselves. Someone with more experience/knowledge can probably give you a better or more concise answer.....
-
Great work, dude. And the key thing is..."So far I love the journey ". You're doing it, and enjoying it. Good on you!
-
Awesome results! Definitely a positive motivator for those that exercise at home. Congratulations!

Turned 40 in November. Always up for more friends to share encouragement and motivation with. Feel free to add me up, peeps. .......I can't believe i typed peeps..... (facepalm)

My Vote: Good. PS Matt: Yo is looking awesome. Gonna kick butt in the competition.
-
Always open for more friends! Add me up if you like. Usually on here quite a bit, trying to find food equivalents to log...lol. I'm originally from the Brantford ON area.
-
Another canuck here! Feel free to add me up. All the best.
