Way to go!!! You rock!0 -
I'm with you. I work from home, so working out at home would make the cabin fever kick in big time, so I take my training to the great outdoors of my beautiful rainforest and nature trail abundant suburb. I do have a gym membership, but that is for rainy days and when I work up the urge to do weights. to quote Tiffiny Hall, "I work out in the gym of life".0

You look awesome! You've totally given me hope that I don't HAVE to join a gym to get great results.0

Wow. Truly amazing. That's what I'm doing. How long did it take?0 -
This is just what I needed to see! I'm on day 16 of 30DS ....and feeling lame because I'm using 3 lb. 'Minnie Mouse' weights. Well, if you can look that good with home workouts and without heavy lifting at a gym, so can I. Thanks so much for letting us see it can be done!0

Hiya,
For those of you who like me cannot afford a gym membership you can still reach your fitness goals.
My results were achieved at home using YouTube workouts, a set of 1lb and then up to 3lb dumbells, a bicycle and of course MFP.
I've lost in total 22lbs, dropped 2 dress sizes and 4" from my waist.0
