I am lucky that I am only flabby in areas where no one can see. My breasts are horrible and my stomach has some sagging. No bikins in my future, If I come into some money I may get surgery, but it is not that bad.

When I was trying to lose weight I only counted once a week for an official weigh in. On maintenance I am allowing myself to fluctuate between 150-155. Right now I am just leaving it as what it is 62lbs lost which is about 154. I don't adjust it when I am little lighter around 151.

You can do it. I am 45 and I weighed 216lbs on February 8th 2012. In less than six months I weighed in at 154. Good luck and if you need any advice feel free to ask.
