try eating more protein or more fiber foods. Both will make you feel fuller longer and drink water with them.

1)Potato chips with cheese or donuts. 2)Still working on that one. Tried nuts, dried fruit, rice snacks, protein snacks. I fight the urge to eat 1, but water just doesn't do it for me. Everyday is a struggle right now...that's why it's called a lifestyle change.

Felt that. Got over it and stepped on the scale. Yup...up about 8 lbs. that's what the holiday's will do to the diet. But you know what? Remember to slip a water or diet soda in between drinks to reduce the amount of alcohol consumed. As for the eats, fewer cookies(only 1 instead of 2) is better. Look for protein or veggies and fill up on those. Most important, one night will not undue all your progress. It's half a day, admit you slipped and get back on…

We use corn tortillas and only 2 of them. Load up on veggies and some refried beans. Add some egg product and it bumps up your protein. It doesn't sound filling but it really is.

Hi, I try not to eat back the calories I work off. 1lb=3500 calories. So to lose a pound a week, you need to lose 500 calories per day. Exercise calories can count towards that. Good luck.

Welcome to MFP. Find your calorie count and just keep track of what you eat and what it costs(calorie wise). Play with it from there and good luck to you.

Pay no attention to that. If you read it, it say's "IF EVERY day is like TODAY..." but how often are your numbers identical. It's just an inspirational thing. It's gonna take time like they said above. Stick with it.

Could be for a marathon. You could use Nair. Although it has a funky smell it does work. Just don't use it on the "nether region" as advised on the tube.

Welcome to MFP. Give it time to work. I never realized how many calories I was eating. After a month, I lowered my daily amount of calories to where I was comfortable. Good luck and stick with it.

I say if you threw up very shortly after you ate, it's not worth noting the little bit of calories you may have kept down. Consider it a wash.
