Too hot to cook here plus been doing yard work and cleaning the grill and furniture on the deck so I can start sitting out at night. So that said I will be getting something from subway. At least that will be fast and healthy.

I am going to try this challenge this month as I have been on MFP for 2 months now. I will walk 3 to 4 times a week for at least 1 mile. I will drink 8 glasses of water Work out to one of the wii programs 2 or 3 times a week and 1 must be at least 1/2 hour of Zumba or dancing/ to lose 2 pounds

I am 5'7" tall and I started MFP at 217 pounds and a size8 were a perfect fit for me. Now I am down to 198 and 18's real loose but 16 still tight. Sizes are so different from store to store and brand to brand. I can't wait to be a 12 again.

If your coming to Binghamton do not go to Weis Markets they are super expensive on most of their stuff. I get a lot of my produce at Alidi's. It's good and cheap.too. I have to go there today for produce for the weekend. Company coming and we usually end up eating a lot of veggies with a lo cal ranch dip.

Any suggestions for what exercise I can do considering i have a bad knee, slipped disc and I recently tore my shoulder muscles. Due to back issues I am unable to lift more than 10 pounds. Thanks for any ideas.

I always count them. My nightly banana is like 70 calories. I count and log everything except my lifesavers as they are like 15 calories a piece and I have 1 a day after lunch if i have a craving for a cigarette. Which is usually 2 times a week.

I find myself weighing daily but recording weekly. My weigh-ins are on Thursdays.
