    Congratz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am also 57 days smoke free. Quit when the ball dropped on new years eve cold turkey. I used patch for 3 days and found it messed up my thyroid tests so I quit using them. Packed on the weight since my hubby died 3 years ago. I decided I had to take control. So smoke free and 19 pounds lighter I am happier and healthier. And if I can do it at age 55 anyone can do it.

    Umm can you please explain what this comment is for? Who are you calling obese? And when you use the word fellow, do you consider yourself obese? I understand you are a teenager and may not know any better but this is a totally inappropriate comment, I do not consider myself in the least bit obese and you for sure are not.
