I put a scoop of protein powder in my oatmeal. I use the rolled oat - not a fan of instant. Three minutes in the microwave - then they sit for a bit until I make it back to the kitchen. Add in protein powder, chia seeds and / or ground flax seed.

I didn't read all of the responses so if someone has said this already - my apologies. One of the things I learned to say as I was/am losing weight, "I don't do that anymore." There is a lot of power in that statement. Sometimes I have to say it to myself just as a reminder when things get stressful.

It could be TOM related or just a plateau. Maybe switch up your proteins. Drink plenty as in LOTS of water. Don't stress. If you are keeping at a deficit in your calories - your body will catch up and drop those pounds. Look for other areas of success. The scale is not the only measure of success on this journey. Same here. All last week and still today. I cleared my cache, restarted my computer...nothing has helped. The app works fine but I prefer to use the website from my computer. Easier to read and to type.

I leave the house at 3:50am to walk....breakfast comes much later. Do what works best for you :)

Make sure you have good lean protein with each meal. It takes longer to digest and will give you energy. Drink lots of water so you stay hydrated.

I got to 10 months and bleh - small period. For the next few months I felt light symptoms of a period coming but so far nothing. Four months now.....we'll see.

Mine seems to be thinning but my hairdresser doesn't think I'm losing more than is normal. I just know I could barely get two wraps with a hair tie and now it's three. I guess it could be the layers? It is one of my worries because my hair has been my ONE thing that I really loved! I'm glad the products seem to be working…

I do have a doctor's appointment set for Saturday (hopefully to get rid of the bp meds) - this will be part of the conversation for sure.
