I am in Wisconsin — the land of beer and cheese. Anyone want to ‘friend’ me? The struggle is real. I feel like I’m coming out of hibernation.

About me: I am 44 yo woman, mother of 3, widowed. My job is sedentary. I exercise 2-3 times a week with a personal trainer for cardio, strength and mobility training. My new fun sport is riding a Harley, which I learned two years ago, and I absolutely love it. Motorcycling builds leg and core muscles! LOL
