I don't think it matters if you are weighing in at the same time every week, same day of the week ext. I weigh in first thing in the morning before I do anything. I do work out the night before after dinner.

Planet fitness, open 24 hours a day, to big to be crowded. With tanning and massage I pay 19 a month, without tanning and massage it's 10.00 a month

I really HATED it too, I don't like the jumping, damaging things on my body. I don't like her at all for some reason, find what you love and do it. You are more likely to stick to something you enjoy. I started doing Rushfit ( in week 6) and love it.

The best thing you and your friend could do is show up in the damn class and KICK *kitten*. People make me sick, and one thing your friend could do is, They might be skinny but SO UGLY on the inside to do that..

I'm in because, despite busting *kitten* for 4 months, I still love food too much, ready to see the scale move, or sizes dropping. I'm lifting heavy weights so it's either 30 lbs or 2 sizes before Christmas for me:)

I AGREE, Lets say you burn 300 calories in an hour by MFP standards ( they over estimate) so you eat them back? Um what?? I'll never give it up, it's my one thing that I want to keep. I bought MINI things of half and half that are 10 calories each. I allow myself 4 of those a day and PRE LOG them...That way I don't forget. I did give up sugar!!!!
