I read all 3 books of Anne's when they first came out mannnnnny years ago. I just bought 50 Shades, book 1. Have yet to start it though. I will give it a try- if I don't like it. I think I too will go back to Sleeping Beauties trilogy. Enjoy~ Which ever direction you like.

HIIT will do it. High Intensity Inerval Training. Sprint as fast as you can for as long as you can. 30-90 seconds. Then drop back down for a couple minutes while you recover, and rinse and repeat........repeat......repeat...... for as long as you want to do your work out for. Enjoy~

Okay, I just found the calculations and did them myself. I come up at a BMR of 1382. That is without calculating any activity level. All the sites ask for that. Do you think that is to low? I just need to change something, as hard as I am working I know the results should be much better. Opinions?
