If you read and enjoyed (cringing at the thought) the 50 Shades of Crap books, please do yourself a favor and get your hands on the ARice Sleeping Beauty Trilogy.

You, your mind and not to mention your s e x life can thank me later.

Come to think of it...I need to get these books again myself!

I will be taking your advice on this. I for one love reading and will not stoop to the 50 shades of grey level. So thank you so much for enhancing my life with your suggestion :)))

I second this. It definitely makes my train ride in every morning a lot more interesting. Squirming in my seat.

I read them many years ago. You either love Anne Rice or you don't. I wasn't that impressed. :)

This trilogy single-handedly made me have a slight obsession with princess porn. Now Jane Eyre just seems dull. Thanks. You've ruined my August. =P

Ha. I'm willing to bet that most people who loved the 50 Shades of Diarrhea series wouldn't like the Sleeping Beauty trilogy. The female lead has too much power *gasp*, the male lead isn't a *kitten* *gasp*, the series highlights a possible dynamic for an actual BDSM relationship *double gasp*

Nah, quit screwing with my Hollywood-ized, totally uninformed, completely vanilla fantasy world, lady. You whack!

LOVED these books. So much better than "Fifty Shades," and yes, I read all three.

I read this series when I was very young and suffice to say it changed my life...

50 shades is horrible horrible swill compared to this in my opinion.

These were very good books. But keep in mind, if you thought 50 shades was "hardcore" you are probably going to have a heart attack reading these.

I think Hollywood wants females back down. First Bella, now 50 shades of crap.

I was actually thinking of buying Sleeping Beauty as it was out WAY before the over hyped crap fest.

Just finished the 50 shades series, I personally liked them. So I started the the sleeping beauty set,,,, at least there is kindness and love in 50 shades,... so far in the first book im not too impressed, the whole beat someone to a pulp to get off doesnt do it for me... probably wont get the remaining books.:frown:

I read all 3 books of Anne's when they first came out mannnnnny years ago. I just bought 50 Shades, book 1. Have yet to start it though. I will give it a try- if I don't like it. I think I too will go back to Sleeping Beauties trilogy. Enjoy~ Which ever direction you like.
