Today I am proud of myself for owning up to my recent failures and reflecting on how I can get back to a healthier mindset and behaviors. I am carrying my thought journal around again to start exercising my mind instead of burying my stress and emotions with food. I can do this.

Poached eggs with hollandaise and capers over spring mix and toast Vanilla greek yogurt with muesli and berries Bad lighting/photo but soooooo good. Seared tuna with chard and forbidden rice. Not pictured was the Salted Caramel Creme for dessert. Best dinner evah!

I'm not a guy and I don't think you should be eating this low. You're an inch taller than me and I can eat around 1700 a day to lose weight. Of course, that means slower weight loss, but trust me, slower is better. Slower, is most likely more fat, rather than overall weight (water, muscle, bone).
