awesome work man im working on 6 again..i use to be able to hit 585box but my squat got left behind a bit..anyhow mine is in the low fives atm ill know for sure in a week and ill post a number from open air(edit: raw as in no wraps no belt ...) dont know what i could get with belt and knees wraped and im not worried about…

if im training for a meet 24 weeks out i will test my triples on a fake meet day then 12 weeks out ill test singles on a fake meet day usually a Wednesday ...then ill go about max singles 3 weeks out again ...just what i do

i train in a semi private gym where that stuff is uncommon...but i couldn't tell you how many times in other more commercial style gyms i see this and the guys who talk about there 300 or 315 so on and so forth bench..then struggle with an assisting spotter pulling the bar with like 265 for a beyond ugly forced 3 reps.....…

i do a heavy incline...a heavy over head...i do just about evrything heavy....i guess some people worry about shoulders..or just can handle more weight on flat so thats all they press heavy on

Hey Zilla just got side tracked is all there's a ton of awesome conventional guys out there ...but alot of guys sumo more than they can conventional pull usually this is because they can get more out of sumo dl suits than conventional ....and i agree with you on the tall thing dls are just rough in general on tall guys…

im not using this program but im with ya ...im working on my 405 raw pause aswell...im not entirely sure where im at atm but my guess is 360 or less....i wont be doing singles for another week or two im still on doubles with alot of accessory work...tomorrow for me is 335 for doubles then timed holds and jms

It is a mechanical advantage to pull sumo ... I however am a conventional puller ... That being said i still do sumo work on the way down as its still a great tool even if you don't compete with it ... Wear neoprene warmup pants if its bad but always do timed body weight squat at the bottom to warm up ... Use a foam roller ... Maybe nock it down to twice a week doing a box or pin squat in place of open air all the time ... Are you oly or power squatting take all into consideration

well..the deadlift equipment cant assist asmuch..but ive seen a ton of 650-800lbs squats in all sorts of gyms around ..as far as raw squats i dont see tomany over 7 actually i dont see too many over 6...........and if your talking form only..yeah the new ply shirts really make you touch your uppper abs not chest the form…
