what? is this sarcasm? bmi has nothing to do with having an eating disorder.... a lot of people with eating disorders are still overweight. Not to mention my BMI is under 18.5 and I dont have an eating disorder nor am i unhealthy.

i would suggest this if you are someone who is hungrier in the morning and not so much at night. or if you have a hard time sleeping after having a big dinner. I find, personally, that if I eat breakfast, it has to either be full of protein, a large amt of food, or both. If i eat a small breakfast I am starving an hour…

hmm not too sure about your breakfast, but for some reason when I eat healthy fats (like fish) I get the same effects. So maybe the tilapia brought it on? Other then that I dont have much input. Maybe you have some sort of intolerance that has developed? I didnt look into your diary but if you eat stuff with sugar alcohol,…

what types of foods do you like? I often make a big batch of a few things, then freeze them separately. And not full meals either, like a nice minestrone soup. Then when you heat it up, cook up some chicken, meat, turkey, etc and add! I also freeze individual servings of rice. I guess you can make anything in smaller…

stuffed peppers! I also made a big batch of minestrone soup and when I heated up a single serving, I cooked up some ground turkey and tossed it in. yum! and of course add it in most pasta-Italian recipes...lasagna, meatballs, etc

im the same way, i live with my family and my aunt always has freshly baked goods on the counters. Try planning your day ahead of time and adding the calories in for that food (or save 300 calories for something sweet) So that way when you do eat it you arent over your calorie limit for the day. And you can look forward to…

its nice with cereal (: not too thick, not too thin. the unsweetened kind! & it doesnt go bad nearly as fast as milk, which is beneficial for me
-
i dont really drink milk too much but when i have cereal i use unsweetended almond milk bc it has good nutrients and its not as thin as skim. If I want something sweet ill have a glass of lite chocolate soy milk, but thats more of a dessert then a drink for me. If i was actually thirsty Id rather have skim milk though. Im…

I actually never even thought about looking at my weekly results. I usually track daily but I do not worry if I am slightly under or over. I feel like I might try to cut back the next week if I was over for the previous week, and vice versa...eat more to make up for lost calories. Just my way though, easier to take it one…
