I haven't thought about it til came across this thread....I haven't pooped in awhile...maybe over a week.....I thought I ate enough fiber...Maybe I shall find a fiber bar or something...hmm

I am so glad you posted this, because I too am ALWAYS AND forever over my sugars...nRight after breakfast and I'm thinking to myself I can't get enough calories in because I am already over on my sugar and EVERYTHING seems to have suger in it!! :-) I just don't let it bother me too much anymore.....

We are a family of 6 (except really 5 for eatting purposes during most of the month cuz my hubby is on the road), but I also spend $100/week on our groceries.....I found that by planning the meals everyday out and knowing what ingrediants I have to buy helps to spend less at the grocery store!! :-)
