Greek yogurt and unsweetened cocoa powder. Add a little vanilla extract for extra flavor. Also, nothing wrong with eating an Oreo once in awhile.

Don't eat the oreos! The are mostly sugar which is a carb, which goes straight to your stomach. Yogurt is good, but also apples with peanut butter, trail mix, hot tea, celery plain (you can eat a ton of it and probably never reach your 400 calories), rice cakes, fresh vegetables and dip them but not in ranch dressing in a flavored vinegar - most have ZERO calories (my favorite is champagne vinegar, but there is also pear and peach). You can look up vegetables on the internet to see how many calories they burn up by just digesting them, alot of them burn up their own calories through digestion alone, and celery is one of them. Or don't each anything and drink a glass of water and go for a walk, or do jumping jacks, but don't give in! I've taken up quilting and sometimes I forget to eat, my daughter has to remind me to eat my snacks, it keeps me busy and not thinking about food. Good luck!

I have a huge sweet craving right now that needs to be satisfied. I have like 400 calories left.

Okay, here's one of my FAVORITE snacks! All you need is:

    1) A banana!

    2) Some chocolate peanut butter!

Now, peel that banana and spread 2 tablespoons of the dark chocolate peanut butter on top of it, eat it, and ENJOY THE AMAZINGNESS!!!

Best part? It's only 280 calories!!!! :drinker: You can still fit an additional TWO WHOLE CUPS of strawberries with a tablespoon or two of COOL WHIP in your day as well!!!

My go to is natural peanut butter on warm toasted Nature's Own Double Fiber bread--8 net grams of carbs, then with one teaspoon of Polaner's No Added sugar natural jelly.
I also try to have on hand Breyer's Carb Smart chocolate ice cream---net 4 gr carbs per serving.
Another sweet relief is taking fresh blueberries and or strawberies...mash them up really good in a bowl; add in heaping spoon fools of non fat PLAIN greek yogurt--make sure its a brand with significant protein, and then i sweeten it all with Stevia and sometimes even the sugar free vanilla syrup you can get in the coffee isle at Walmart.

I hope these suggestions help....I know how hard it is to resist cravings.
