    Just started my journey in February....my "renewal" should be to change my exercise up in April. I was doing great first month (feb 17-Mar 17) but got busy/bored/comfortable/whatever and need to get back into a better exercise routine. I have kept the calories/diet in check...but can tell from the slow progress the last two weeks that the exercise is pretty critical for me to make progress.

    Been hitting the gym, going to go 3 times a week and run 2-3 times a week, if I can. Don't think I'll make the 5 pounds this month but I'll keep at it!
