I'm on my 2nd round of T25 and LOVE IT! I too use a HRM and create a custom workout. In general, you can expect to burn about 10 cals./min. but that's very general and usually pertains to the high-cardio workouts. With some, I don't crack 300 cals. Feel free to add me as well! Your results are amazing!! This inspires me because I started back to lifting a few wks ago and I was getting discouraged because I haven't been losing. But I do know that it's my body adjusting to the weight training. You make me want to keep pushing!! ;-)

Yes ladies!! Even with a cold, I'm still staying focused. The eating is on point so when I feel like I can start my workouts back up, I didn't undo any hard work. Hey ladies!! New to the group and I just started tubofire last week. I completed my first Fire 55 EZ class today and whewwww!! It was something serious!! But I pushed through and burned 646 cals. Tomorrow is another Fire 30 + Stretch 10 day for me :-)

I did complete it after a long-standing knee injury! I had to do low impact on some of the moves or just take it a bit slower on some exercises. I found the lunges to give me the most trouble so I wouldn't sink as deep,it's all about listening to your body! Good luck Hun :-)
