That certainly does count as exercise. We often get caught up in the notion of what others consider to be exercise, when actually any physical activity that increases the heart rate is exercise.

I don't think it is too much. You have to consider other factors, since you workout you sweat and the water you drink replaces what you have lost. If you are taking any medications that are diuretics then you need to replenish what is lost. If your diet is high in sodium water will help fiush the excess from your body.

When I was a pre-teen/ teenager my mom enrolled me in the Formu3 program. It was a combination of weigh loss shakes (meal replacements) and well balanced meals. Long story short I was so damn hungry I drank the shakes with my meals. I have been batteling the buldge for a while now.

I am getting to the point that I am afarid to eat out at all. My problem is that I love food that has rich flavor and with that comes tons of calories. I guess I will have to go on the Whitney Houston diet......"Yes waiter I will have a hot cup of steam and a bowl of nothing, thank you.":laugh:

There is nothing wrong with burning more calories than you take in. That is the whole point of the weight loss battle. As long as your eat what is recommended for your weight and gender you have all of the nutrients and fuel you need to sustain your body.
