    Thanks! It isn't actually a skirt, its elastic top stretchy pant thingys.. they almost do fall off! Yay! I am noticing all my clothes are so saggy, I had to dig in the attic for older stuff..too bad the jeans are out of style, but I did find some banging skirts! Sadly, I still wear that shirt often :/
