Hi, having a public food diary would help. It may be many things. Firstly you need to make sure it is not something like iron deficiency or hypothyroidism. Go see your doctor. Once that is ruled out more exercise and eating more fresh clean food will help. Ensure you are not dehydrated by drinking plenty of water. Spread…

I want to echo what everyone else has said. Keep at the cardio, do what you can and take breaks when you need them. 2 lbs is good progress, rapid weight loss may not be sustainable. You may add resistance training to your workouts, this can help burn extra calories and can be less strenuous on the cardiovascular system. I…

This sounds good too. Or, you can take these spices and add it to the greek/milk combination suggested initially an avoid MSG and tones of salt. Thanks everyone!

Most of the time (99.9%) of the time now the surgery is done laparoscopically. However, even when it is done non-laparoscopically the incision is quite small (unless it was "opened" for an unforeseen complication). Laparoscopically, about 1-2 weeks is average for time off work if it does not rupture. It depends on your…

I agree with this comment. Eat more throughout the day, not just one huge breakfast. Do you do shift work? I also agree with the healthier choices comments that other people have made. We all realize a treat once in a while is part of a healthy diet, however, for most days making healthier choices is better.

Here is a book I've been hearing a lot about. There are 2 people on here with amazing results that have referenced this book. I have just ordered it. Sorry I cannot tell you first hand what I think. The New Rules Of Lifting For Women: Lift Like A Man, Look Like A Goddess

Fantastic! That is the second time I've seen someone reference that book, both of you have amazing results!

bump. Thanks!

I also think you should go and see your doctor. When you do, it might be helpful to bring your phone so that your doctor can see your food diary.

I think it is refreshing that she isn't a size zero. She has a great figure. Being body obsessed is not healthy. As long as she is a healthy weight and is maintaining it in a healthy way that is what counts.

Even your profile picture shows an incredible difference. Amazing!

Very noticeable!! You're looking good!

I'm working on loosing the exact same amount of weight, from 170, but I think I would be happy at 145. I am 5'6". I am studying for the biggest exam of my career, but I am trying to make smart eating choices while doing this. So, my weight loss will be slow until after the exam (june). I find this site has stopped my…

Coffee has antioxidants. Up to 2 cups a day (500ml) is okay according to my family doctor. She tells me to limit myself to this.

Very interesting. Thank you. I've been trying to take the stairs every day, every time, but now that will make me do it! 3 flights up to where I work each morning!
