I did leg-pilates and 10 minutes of non-stop cardio exercises (jumping jacks, squat jumps, jumping lunges etc.) and thanks. :)

Peanut butter and everything with it in it. Good old-fashioned candy.

Okay, that makes sense, I feel rather stupid not thinking about that. What about 10 minutes cardio-exercises? Nothing pops up if I just write cardio.

One slice of whole wheat bread Half of a banana 1-2 tbsp natural peanut butter Oatmeal with cinnamon&banana or strawberries and light whipped cream or peanut butter. Scrambled eggs. Chobani (or other greek yoghurt) with granola/fruit. Smoothies.

I log it in as circuit training for 20 minutes.

With some cut out fruits bananas or apples + some cinnamon. Berries + some vanilla extract. Jam only made on berries (without sugar) mixed in with it. You can put half greek yogurt, half "normal" flavored yogurt if you want a different consistency.
