I stick to high fat low carb macros. I wouldn't say quite keto diet, but as low carb as I can. 75% fat 20% protein, 5% carb. Lost about 12 lbs in 3 weeks.

I quit sugar about 3 months ago.. Never felt better. I eat no refined sugar, no honey not artificial sugar. I do eat a little fruit but avoid high sugar fruits and stick to mostly berries. For sure!! It's hot hot hot here in summer and I'm tired of wearing pants and short sleeve shorts to try and hide my arms and legs. I want to wear a tank top this summer and not be embarrassed of my arms.
