    All this time I have been saying to myself "oh boo hoo I could never lose 100+ # in a year - dudes can, but I can't" -

    You didn't boo-hoo. You just got it done. Thank you for posting this - it's a real life lesson for me :heart: to get off my you-know-what and work for what I want.
