Hi everybody, we just moved to Ohio in Cincinnati area. My goal was to lose about 100 lbs when I started in Feb 2012... I did really good until June then life caught up and I have slowed down my progress... hawever I am still working on it trying to find a right balance. I would like to have local friends as well

I was wearing a HRM for the 30 min circuit.... but it is true that you can use the circuit training entry.... but like a lot of things, it will not be as accurate as a HRM.

Nicely done... your start weight is the same that I started too... I am still at 260 but working hard to my goal weight of 221. thanks for posting your pics there it was the good boost I needed today

Apparently I have a french accent :-) everybody seem to think it is sexy but I find it terribly ridiculous..... I love Irish accents and definitely southern accent is nice

What you mean a decade ? I got mine 10 years ago and still stuck in college :-) PhD Neuroscience in France, Molecular biology in Italy, PostDoc in Florida, and in Utah..... running out of grant money, tired to spend my days writing grants for money..... considering just giving up and changing career...
