I've looked up the lists for iron-rich foods, but I don't have many ideas going about how to prepare them. How do you get your usual iron-intake daily ;3?

Edit: By protein I meant no seafood or meat, sorry for confusion D;.

I'm also allergic to soy ><.

Besides meat, eggs, and fish, there is iron in veggies: spinach, broccoli, and there is also iron in various nuts.
    Why NOT-protein?

Raisins or other dried fruit. Fortified cereals, breads, grains. Dark green leafy vegetables.

cinnamon and spinach / baby spinach. however, the iron in meat is the best absorbed by the body. So it is more useful in meat form.

If you are anemic, you should be taking iron as a supplement. But I'm sure you already know that.
