They sounds delicious...I don't think I could eat just ONE though...hmmm

As a Mum of three, I know that the tummy never really gets back to how it used to be, unless it was very toned etc before and during the pregnancy. It will improve with time and exercise but having babies does tend to permanently change your body one way or the other. If it's still really bad after six months to a year,…

That's an amazing difference, like a different person altogether (no offense intended) You look beautiful : )
-
That's some great changes you've made...but I am curious, what do you do now you've finished? Start the same program again or do a different one?
-
I have trouble sticking to my work out plans, so it sounds like a good idea. Info please? : )
-
Great job! You must be very proud of what you've achieved so far :D

Ditto ditto!!

I tried NOT weighing for a week after weeks of weighing daily, sometimes more than once...and I tend to not behave myself with my calorie intake if I don't weigh daily.

LOL!!!

The Nature Valley bars get my vote too. I also like dried pitted dates, pecan nuts and fruit...and the occasional slice of wholemeal bread.

It's not just you, the head gasket went on ours last year, it was going to cost over £1000 to repair so we sold it for scrap, we got about one hundredth of it's original value. We can't afford to buy a car so we have my inlaws one on permanent loan...until that goes wrong.

Congratulations! Hope everything goes well for you. Are you taking Folic Acid yet? : )

Everyone says that if you eat too little you won't lose any weight. Years ago I had a nervous breakdown and was not able to eat much for a whole week. I lost over 14lbs. Now, I'm NOT recommending it at all, but if you don't eat, your body uses the stored fat. Fact.
-
That is amazing! Well done!
-
You should find that as the weight comes off you will lose it from everywhere, in the same way as it went on : )

Keep up the good work, you look great :D

My thoughts exactly....because my body often says, go to the kitchen and eat something, usually I am not even hungry.
-
Don't give up, you've lost five pounds in a month, which is great progress!! You are doing it!!

I'm flexible AND strong but not when it comes to some of these excercises.....I can't do push ups or too many above head stretches with the bands. I wish they would supply a weaker band with the starter pack!!
-
Don't worry about that, you can still do the excercises without the door attachment and bands....and only one of the workouts uses the door anyway. I did it without the door and bands and it was fine.

I love bread, especially wholemeal and granary...nope, can't do without that. It's got lots of fibre = good in moderation.

You American and your pies.... I prefer cheese cake but I put it on my list of things I am not going to eat anymore. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for chocolate.

Awww...bless him. He doesn't mean it. My son probably owes me the entire contents of his trust fund for the amount of stuff he has smashed since he was crawling.

That frigging sucks. You can't put a price on sentimentality.

Yep..my kids and husband leave stuff laying around everywhere all the time, they don't help much with the cleaning and tidying...need I go on? lol I have never shrunk a woolen sweater...but underwear and socks seem to get alot smaller after going in the dryer even when the label says they can go in there.

LOL!!

Pyjamas, lightweight short sleeved in warm weather, long sleeved brushed cotton ones when it's cold. I don't sleep naked or my husband would never let me go to sleep!! lol And it would most likely embarrass my teenage son, he usually comes in to wake me up and normally the covers are off. Saggy mummy bits on display, not a…
