Great job! Congratulations : )

It's still quite soon after having your baby, I would give it plenty of time to shrink up on it's own. If it does'nt improve after that talk to your doctor about it. If you are planning a bigger family, there is not much point having surgery to remove the excess. It does get better, I promise, I've had three babies and my…

I always crave chocolate at that time, so hard to gauge what is water and what is lard.

Excellent work, truly inspiring : )

Great job..keep up the good work : )

I agree with getting into this mindset. Thank you for sharing : )

I've never had a positive body image and was always terrified of being overweight...but seeing myself in photos is partly what did it for me. I can't stand the sight of all that lard hanging around on my arms and under my chin. At 180lbs I would probably be considered quite a healthy weight to some here that have alot more…

They are called bath salts and labelled with 'NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION' and this is a legal loophole. Alot of places have banned them but then they just call them something else, package them differently and put them back up for sale. The contents are not salt at all but granuals containing something similar to 'ecstasy'…

My Beachbody coach recommends them (obviously, as they are made by Beachbody) but I can easily see that spending the equivalent of about $160 per month Shakeology is insane. Go your local health food shop, buy whey protein and vitamins, it'll be just as good.

Chances are that once bad habits are broken and re-education is complete, then current MFP users won't need it anymore. At least, that is the hope.

Right now, listening to my husband shooting people in an XBOX game. Have had a busy day though, dropped my youngest off at Beaver Jubilee camp for the day, went to the bank, the librairy, the supermarket, then in the evening back to collect my son from the camp. He was worn out, bless him

My dogs favourite outdoor treat is also cat poo...gross.

I'd love to have a Pitbull but sadly the UK government banned them...but we have the next best thing which is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier. I agree with you completely about how it's the way a dog is raised. I don't believe that any dog is born mean, it's the owners that make them that way. Our dog could not be more loving…

Here in the UK, they give you a cup of tea and a digestive biscuit after giving blood. I've always wanted to give blood but I'm always on meds so I can't :(

Wow...I have'nt had a figure like that since I was 18....and then I'm not sure I looked as toned as you do. You've done brillantly, you look perfect, don't lose any more

When the supermarket is full of pre-packed ready made foods, it's hard not buy some of it, sometimes just for the sake of convenience and speed. There's nothing wrong with canned and frozen veg and baked beans are very healthy if you buy the reduced sugar and salt type and invaluable for family meals imo. I can't afford…

You looked great to begin with..but good work : )

Oh man..just the idea of that..gross dude..lol

My husband has had Salmonella and it goes on for a couple of weeks at least. I think if you had food poisoning you would still be glued to the toilet right now, so chances are all that stodge, grease and fizzy beer did not mix well and certainly did not like being slept on, it just wanted out. Hope you are feeling better…

I'd rather just have a small amount of Ben & Jerry's Caramel Sutra or Cherry Garcia frozen yoghurt instead :D

That's inhumane!!

Smoking supressed my appetite but it's also killed many family members, all of them barely into their 60's. Don't do it, never start is my best advice. It's expensive, it stinks and steals life.
-
Well done, you look amazing!!
-
Well, that explains alot, I suffer with depression..so any improvement in my serotonin is going to be of use.
-
That's a pity. Do wheat based cereals have the same effect on you?
-
So do, I love it! I don't get hungry for at least 2 or 3 hours post oatmeal.

I've had a crappy cold since Saturday, so I've done almost nothing since then, except for mowing and the usual household neccessities. I don't put my gear on until I am ready to work out and know I have the time to do it. The trainers are comfy but the work out clothes and sports bra...not so much. I couldn't wear it all…

Amazing progress. The jeans are the best proof. Now you can give them to charity, right? If it was me I would ritually burn them...lol
