So, today is day 100 of consecutive login's since my first day using MFP. I lost 20 Lbs, have met my goal weight, learned a LOT, and "Unlearned" some garbage.

Thanks to my MFP friends and everyone on this community forum - a great place to get support, give it, and learn a LOT.

I do not have any "DAY 1" Photos, but this is me in early December at my starting weight:

and here is a shot of me today - day 100:

This is a great community and I really enjoy learning and helping. Thanks to all I've had the pleasure of interacting with so far!

Great Job! What did you do for a workout program? Height/weight, calories? I am sitting on a plateau right now and need to shake things up. Thanks!

I mixed up the workout... My schedule is very busy, so I get in what I can. Most common was simply an exercise bike with some light weight training included. I'm 5'5" and I ate at MFP's suggested calories for 1.5 Lbs loss for the first 2 weeks, then 1 Lb loss for the next 7-8, then 1/2 Lb loss for the remaining until I hit goal. So the calorie targets varied, but around 1200, then 1450, then 1700 - now around 1950 for maintenance. I do eat back a portion of my exercise calories.

Diet had more protein in it than MFP portions, but it wasn't like a low carb diet at all - I simply couldn't sustain that.

Thanks, Agreed, I do need a summer pic, but hopefully that tan will be day 200 or so and my mass gain program will have had some improvement.... Guess I'll see :)
