Our alarm goes off at 3am, I get him out the door and exercise at 4:30am......I find it helps to control my eating all day also. I think about it before I put it in my mouth, something about knowing you already got in an exercise.....welcome to the EARLY side :)

I get up at 3am to get hubby breakfast, lunch packed and out the door. I do my exercise at 4:30....if I don't, I never get to it at the end of the day. I think it also helps me make better food choices because I think, after all that exercise why do I want to blow it eating this.....:smile:

Plan your meals differently during this time to work into your calorie count.....include chocolate if that is what you need or a carb or whatever it is....if you plan it, it works into your plan and you will be fine.....it is a hard time of the month but planning helps.....

My all time favorite is Leslie Sansone, our alarm goes off at 3am, i don't actually roll outta bed until hubby is out of the shower, then I go get his breakfast and lunch. I'm doing ham but instead of the usual mashed potatoes and stuff this year I'm doing twice baked potatoes, broccoli salad, corn casserole, croissants and making lemon blossoms for dessert.

Hi, I cooked extra chicken or beef and get a few meals out of it. One night have chicken tacos and save the rest for chicken salad or soup.......the beef you can do a grilled hamburgers then do sloppy joes or lettuce cups or anything.
