Mega congratulations on all of your success!! OMG, you must be able to hear the voices in my head, because what you wrote is exactly how I feel at this very moment. I've been on my weight loss journey for 5 years. I've managed to get rid of 76 pounds. At the beginning of the year, my loss was 92, and I was 8 pounds away…

I've lost 86 pounds so far, with more to go. Like the poster above, when people say "you look great" I respond "Thank you." I also get asked if I had weight loss surgery or on my own. I tell them all on my own, which is followed up by them asking, what/how are you doing. I usually respond that "I made a commitment to…

What I wasn't told is how different shopping for clothes would be. What was and still is difficult for me after losing 80 pounds is retraining my brain when shopping for clothes. It's as though my brain hasn't caught up with my body. I still immediately go for the larger sizes. Mind you, I still have weight to lose to get…

2 slices of Deli Rye toast topped with smashed avocado and over easy eggs. I usually eat this for breakfast 6 days a week.

Congratulations! You look wonderful. Enjoy all the success of your hard-earned work. What WOE are you following?

Hi Kelly! I used to be really really fat until I got rid of almost 90 pounds. I still have a ways to go to reach a healthy weight, but I'm getting there. Stick to healthy eating and you won't be fat anymore! (I use the word fat tongue-in-cheek and not in a negative way). Good luck!

It's not a question, it's a statement. What has four letters, (w-h-a-t) sometimes has nine letters (s-o-m-e-t-i-m-e-s) but never (n-e-v-e-r) has five letters.

Almost two years ago, I was morbidly obese. I had a myriad of health issues, and being a cancer survivor, that alone should have scared me into losing the weight. For some reason, it didn't. So I get where you are coming from. There is this fear of a serious illness or even death, knowing if we don't get to a healthy…

I was a very longtime WW member. I would lose and gain, lose and gain, it seemed to be a never-ending cycle. I quit WW and made the switch to MFP almost 2 years ago. I have never regretted that decision. It wasn't a money issue, it was a reality check. WW changes its program every 2 years. I understand getting so…

I just found this thread. I've watched almost every season of BB. This season is okay; better than some. It never ceases to amaze me when I hear the conversations "I trust so & so." Have you not ever watched BB?! You trust NO ONE! Paul is smart; he knows how to play the game and play people. But, I think his influence is…

I've never been in a clique. Unless you count 250,000 members of a medieval organization that gather together on any given day to do fun medieval stuff together, a clique. But, any clique that I belong to must have chocolate and listen to Pink Floyd, especially the "London Symphony Orchestra Plays Pink Floyd." All…
