This is awesome and you look amazing.

add me too. I just joined a weight lifting class at the college to get in shape.

I am thinking about getting it too. But it does look like it's insane. How do you know how many calories you burn? And people keep telling me you have to eat more after the training or you won't make it. What is that all about?

Fruits, veggies, nuts, dried fruits, protein bar, trail mix. Or get a little lunch box and pack some yoghurt, cheese cubes, or string cheese. That's what I usually carry around. I always got something in my purse or back pack.

Great Job. And you do look 10 years younger at least. WOW.

Found that on calculator.net BMR = 10 * weight(kg) + 6.25 * height(cm) - 5 * age(y) + 5 (man) BMR = 10 * weight(kg) + 6.25 * height(cm) - 5 * age(y) - 161 (woman) The daily calorie needs is the BMR value multiplied by a factor with a value between 1.2 and 1.9, depending on the activity level.

I have PCOS for about 5 years now. It took me forever to figure out what to do to lose weight. And for me only a strict diet and exercise worked. Even after hitting my goal about 2.5 years ago, I still have to live on a reduced calorie diet and watch what I eat just to maintain. But it's worth it.

Sugar is a simple carb and you want the complex ones like whole wheat, brown rice, oats. Unless you are diabetic don't worry to much about it. Almost every food has sugar in it. I used it before too but changed it. I am more concerned about fiber, calcium, and protein now. But it's up to you.

Whatever cereal you like and fills you for a few hours. I eat Kashi go lean - love it. I also like multi grain cheerios and Quaker oatmeal squares.

You look great. The hard work paid off.

I watched his show for a while. But then he would say one week this is the thing to get and three weeks later he had a show where it was bad for you. I got confused. Plus some of the products he shows are darn expensive. Diet and exercise was what helped me.

You look great. Awesome.

Chunky peanut butter. I would eat it with a spoon.

I am almost 41 and it's not easy maintaining. I lost the weight two years ago, and I have to keep at it not to gain it back. And it's not easy. I could use a lot of support.

Treadmill can get monotone quickly. I bought me a book holder for mine or take it to the gym with me and read a book or study. Also if possible how about walking around the neighborhood, offer to walk your neighbors dog, or mow the yard with a push mower (my hubby thought I was joking when I said I wanted a push mower…

Athens, Greece. Most beautiful place I have seen.

I know how you feel. I did weight loss on a program and everybody shedded the pounds like crazy...except me. I lost a pound one week, not even a pound the next week, and so on. Others lost 14-20 lbs the first month, I lost barely 3lbs on a 1400 cal diet. I thought I am doing something wrong. Plus nobody noticed the pounds…

I am 40 and lost the weight last year. Now I am trying to stay at it, and yes, my body got it's own mind. Plus my doc said my hormones have been out of whack for years isn't helping...lol. But I have my mind set on it and I am gonna keep the weight off. You will do it. Tell your body who is in charge!!

Protein fills you up and lasts longer than carbs. And unless you go over a lot or have kidney issues it should be ok. Ask you doc next time you see him. Plus if you go over it only once in a while I wouldn't worry to much.

Hi everybody. My name is Sabine and I am 40 years old. Starting weight 222 lbs Current weight 150 lbs Target weight 150 lbs In the past 12 years my weight has been from 150 all the way to 222 lbs at my heaviest. I lost the weight 11 years ago, was at 160. Was left with 30 extra pounds after getting pregnant. Tried to quit…

Yep, 11 years ago I went down to 150 from 180 and felt great. Got pregnant, gained back afterwards to 180. Stopped smoking went to 200. Started smoking again, stopped again and 2 years ago I weight 222 lbs. Went on my diet last year January and have been watching my diet since. I think the hardest part is to get back on…

I know how you feel. I was 220 lbs, dropped weight and nobody said anything until I lost close to 60 lbs. And then after 70 lbs everybody started worrying I loose too much. I got comments like you are skinny enough now. Just keep going. You are doing awesome.
-
I am 5'5", and a size 8/10. That's where I wanted to be at, and that's where I am at now. I dropped 72 lbs and I am extremely happy about that. If I would loose more the bones would start sticking out and my hubby would not be too happy....lol.
-
Congrats. Awesome. Just ordered Brazilian butt lift too. Keep going.

They are really good, yummy, thanks for the recipe...

I can only do about 10 with my knees on the floor. I started with one and couldn't get back up. Keep at it.
