    Seriously, if you'd posted the second picture with the caption "me at 19", and the first picture with the caption "me in my 30s", I don't think anyone would argue.

    I realize that's maybe a bit of insult to your 'past self', but the point is just that the transformation is way beyond just weight. The new lifestyle has obviously done you a tremendous amount of good!
