No she replied earlier about her husband. He has a bad trainer.

If there aren't letters behind your name, your opinion isn't worth anything :) We know that's better than like full body daily haha. But some rest would still be beneficial
-
Just needs a good name ....hmmmmm. Wait. If you ate the whole egg, bets might be off.
-
well to be able to judge which is closer (we'll never know the actual expenditure) it takes many variables. And you gave us non LOL
-
hahahahah. Bet you're a pound down tomorrow!
-
@ 6 days it sure will be daily :P
-
**** Shawn, why taper? Cold turkey! Fat gain is the hardest part psychologically -- I'm about to go in a non OP intended direction haha. Embrace the fat. It's inevitable, like he said ;-)

Your "personal experience" is going to confuse people. It's not common unless certain circumstances which were listed right under your original post. Not to mention means of doing so, aren't always the safest. Or the easiest to stick to. Or ....I could go on.
-
Sure, but he specifically said routine to surprise your body. I don't think he simply meant progressive over load. He meant like most trainers, change the exercises for the body parts so the muscle can't adapt.
-
Power Lifters do the same exercises for yeeeears and see gains. You don't have to change all exercises. Just find the few you like for body parts and cycle through them every now and then. Not to mention it's hard to see strength gains when you're constantly changing lifts. Muscle growth is from overload, not confusion.

I wouldn't lift 7 days a week heh. Where's the time for recovery for the body??
-
Right here. Screw %. Set the protein 1-1.5g/lb of LBM, then pick your fat and carbs as to what best suits you and doesnt fill you up to much. Going to have to shovel it in.
-
I'd say the weight you're trying to reach is the unhealthier part. But yes, you're slowing your metabolism, messing with hormones, and not being the smartest eating at that net for a prolonged period of time.
-
Uhm. Hawt Dammmm. Yes.
-
mix .5 scoop protein, 2Tbs PB, and some water. bam.
-
I eat 3 bananas a lot of days, I think it'll be O.K. However, just for knowledge sake, fructose is more of an energy now kind of sugar instead of eating another kind of carb, like oatmeal that's more of an even energy.
-
I'm eating then going to bed 5 minutes later. Haven't gotten fat yet. I think you'll be fine!
-
texture was great, but the flavor wasn't worth the money. quite expensive.
-
I wouldn't say gorge on candy bars.... but it's not going to hurt your weight loss to go over sugar.
-
Right here. Exactly. I thought they were annoying, until I started on heavy dumbbells. Which am I going to do, try to catch it when my arm is failing, or let it drop? Better bet it's going down without my arm. I make noises while squatting... like a little snake. Just breathing. Sometimes it being verbal breath, makes sure…
-
definitely bfast! Most delish!
-
If I were you, I would change some of the foods I eat. The ratios aren't too ideal. Nuts, avocado, pb, oil, none are high in protein. So when you choose fat dense items that lack protein, you're making it more hard. Nothing wrong with high fat stuff, but you want the protein to be good as well
-
I feel like whomever invented this, wanted everyone skinny.
-
It's all psychological. I thought p90 already had a good bit of cardio in it? I'd keep trucking!
-
HAHA. this is so true. What if the man is having to do lifts. this could definitely go somewhere!
-
you can order it online?
-
eating this now. wow!
-
lots :-)))
-
mines usually 5-600
-
Agreed LOL
